Applicants not entering online must provide: an entry form, mandatory release form, tournament records and ranking information. Online applicants must send in tournament records and ranking information. Foreign players must be endorsed by their respective federations. Entry fee of $95.00 plus $5 handling fee=$100 (US dollars drawn on U.S. Banks). No phone or fax entries will be accepted. No refunds will be made after November 13th, for either main draw or qualifying's draw.Before November 13th, $75 will be refunded. Make checks or money orders payable to the Jr. Orange Bowl Committee. Credit card payment only through online registration at:www.jrorangebowl.com
Both entry forms and fees must be received by October 26th.No late entries will be accepted. All withdrawals must be submitted in writing.
